Hello, this is my table project.
In this project I will be comparing junk food to healthy foods and their differences.
These will be examples of Junk foods.

Snack Veggies Fruit

Junk food is full of either tons of carbs and fat or a ton of sugar.

Healthier foods are full of vitamins, fiber, and sugar from fruits instead of candy which is obscenely bad for you.

In conclusion, you can may be able to eat junk food every once in a while but most of the time you should stick to healthier foods. I know that it can be hard for some people, but if you can commit to starting a loose, not strict diet for yourself, you can increase your health by more then you'd expect.
